Everything we get asked before people get started. Another question? Write to us, we reply within 24 hours.

01Do I need to change my website?

No. Just paste one line of code (or give us access to do it). The widget sits in a discreet button and doesn’t interfere with the rest of your site.

02Do the games spoil my rooms?

Never. Each mini game takes place just before or alongside the room’s story, with its own puzzles. It sets the tone, not the solutions.

03Who creates the puzzles and illustrations?

We do. You approve the universe and tone; we handle the scene, puzzles, copy and testing. You can also send us photos of your room.

04How big should the discount be?

You decide: percentage, validity and conditions. Because the coupon is earned, a small discount is enough to trigger a booking.

05Are the emails GDPR-compliant?

Players give their email to receive their code. To use it for marketing afterwards, we add an explicit consent checkbox, and your emails include an unsubscribe link.

06Does it work on mobile?

Yes: the game adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, with a full-screen mode.
